Weekend Trips:
White Rocks - East Ridge Trail
2 Days, 16 miles with camp at Martin's Fork campground. Start at Civic Park and hike up Cumberland Mountain (1,800 vertical feet) to White Rocks. Travel west to camp and on return, visit Sand Cave.
Hensley Settlement - Central Ridge Trail
2 Days, 14 miles on Ridge Trail with camp at Hensley, Chadwell, or Gibson Camp. No Trailhead access.

Gibson Gap - West Ridge Trail
1 Day, 10 miles. Start at Wilderness Road Campground and hke up mountain to Ridge Trail. Hike west to Lewis Hollow trail and descend mountain, passing Skylight Cave.
Gap Cave - Pinnacle
1 Days, 11 miles. Start at Daniel Boone Trailhead and hike west to Gap Cave and the historic Pass. Hike up mountain to Ft. McCook. Hike east on Ridge Trail and descend down Lewis Hollow.
